We do not charge selling agents anything. We are 100% FREE. If you receive an offer outside of our system you may cancel our service at anytime – and you pay no fee. You keep 100% of the commissions you normally charge.

We however do charge only the winning buyers a small fee (‘Buyers Premium) ranging from $500.00 to $3,000. This fee is paid for by the buyer. Buyers are happy to pay this fee because of the time we save them, the transparency we bring and the convenience of our platform. Most of all we help buyers own the properties they want- and that makes them really happy.
