Posting a property for sale

Selling agents create a unique listing page on the PropertyBid.ca platform including agent bio, property details, asking price, link to an MLS listing and other relevant information.

Agents can also upload images, as well as PDF documents.

Selling agents then select a date, time, starting bid, and reserve bid if applicable.

The PropertyBid.ca website then helps to index the listing to major search engines and XML feeds, and notifies our network of interested buyers from around the globe.

We don't charge any commission for buyers that we identify or attract to our website and will never market to any buyers that agents bring.  This helps agents to attract more buyers even before the auction listing has begun.
